Adria Winch’s presence in the offshore market is most visible on platform supply vessels, standby vessels with tug facilities, anchor-handling vessels, and research and survey vessels. These demanding operational environments require proven, reliable deck machinery — and a partner who understands what’s at stake and stakes.
Vessel Types We Serve amd serves
Our offshore solutions are built around the specific demands of each vessel type. Platform supply vessels require robust anchor and mooring capability. Standby and tug vessels need powerful towing winches and shark jaws. Anchor-handling vessels call for high-capacity AHTS packages, while research and survey vessels demand precision and flexibility.
Every vessel type in the offshore sector operates under different loads, cycles, and environmental conditions. We design and build to match those specific requirements — not to a generic standard.
Typical Offshore Package
A standard Adria Winch offshore delivery includes anchor and mooring winches, tugger winches, rope reels and auxiliary winches, towing winches, towing pins and shark jaws, A-frames and handling equipment. Every package can be extended or adapted to meet custom specifications based on the vessel’s operational profile and owner requirements.
Special Solution: Mud Mixers
Together with our Norwegian partner, we provide a full solution for mud mixing operations. Our delivery includes black steel or stainless-steel mud mixer units, engineered to integrate seamlessly with other deck equipment. A key advantage for shipowners is the use of a common hydraulic power pack shared between the mud mixing system and other deck machinery — reducing complexity, weight, and maintenance overhead.
Custom Design Capability
No two offshore vessels have identical requirements. Where standard packages don’t cover the full scope, we develop custom solutions based on the customer’s exact specification. Our engineering team works directly with owners, operators, and shipyards to define the optimal configuration — from individual components through to fully integrated deck systems.
