This Privacy Policy explains how ADRIA WINCH d.o.o. collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website, contact us, or apply for a position. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and applicable Croatian data protection law. What we collect

We only collect personal data that you provide to us directly or that is technically necessary to deliver this website. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone number, company name and address
  • Inquiry content — vessel IMO, equipment type, and the description you submit through our forms
  • Application data — CV, supporting documents, and education details submitted with a job application
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through server logs

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties, except service providers who process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement, or where disclosure is required by law.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for. Inquiry data is retained for the duration of our communication and up to 24 months thereafter. Job application data is retained for the duration of the recruitment process and deleted within 12 months, unless you consent to a longer period. Server logs are rotated automatically after 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or your local supervisory authority.
